Year: 1975

Manufacturer: Tricodnar

Associated Bike Brand: Flandria Bikes

I was recently reading Cycling Weekly, generally being amazed at the selection of second hand bikes for sale in the classified section, and I spotted a display advert on the right hand side for Flandria Bikes.

It was the classic styling of the Columbus SL Niobium road frame and forks that got my attention - hand made in Belgium too which makes a nice change in this day and age.

Despite Puma being a headline sponsor, the jersey is made by the now-defunct Tricodnar Belgian brand who also made this stunning Safir/Geuze/Saint Louis/Ludo/Tricodnar 1979 retro wool team jersey.
