Sean Kelly in a yellow KAS jersey (often with green arm warmers) thundering along the cobbles in Paris Roubaix is a sight to behold!

Associated Bike Brand: Vitus Bikes
Races: Paris Roubaix
Sean Kelly turned professional in 1977 and went onto win single-day classics like the five monuments of cycling: Paris-Roubaix, Liège-Bastogne-Liège, Milan-San Remo and the Tour of Lombardy. Curiously the Tour of Flanders is a race he never won - despite finishing second three time - there's a decent article about it here written by the man himself! He also won the 1988 Vuelta a España as well as an incredible seven successive victories at Paris-Nice in his 18 year career as a professional.
I always think that the KAS jersey is the team jersey that most cycling fans associate with Kelly and this modern day replica produced by Etxeondo and sold by Prendas Ciclismo is virtually identical to Kelly's team jersey of the time. It's missing a small Mavic logo on the chest (due to licencing issues) but the all-important Etxeondo logo is present as is a subtle custom YKK zip puller - both of which represents a traditional Basque haystack.
Sean Kelly is often a co-commentator for Eurosport who manages to predict the outcome of most races virtually every time!
At the 2016 Rouleur Classic, Sean Kelly also had an incredible display of some great memoriablia, a PDM Concorde team bike and winners trophies on display! Prendas also had 24 jerseys on display and the KAS jersey was one of them!
